  • How is it Structured?
    The Bootcamp-Training courses are structured into 6 weeks courses that consist of 1 or 2 sessions per week, each of which lasts an hour. Once enlisted, you will join a group of likeminded recruits ready to get in the best shape possible. Encouraged and motivated to do your best and achieve your potential, you will achieve FAST RESULTS!

    What is the Cost?
    Each course is great value for money. 6 sessions of expert tuition costs £49 and 12 sessions cost £99. You will also receive a free Bootcamp T-shirt and a dietary advice sheet to help you achieve your goals. If you commit to the camp and do not enjoy it or improve your fitness we will refund your investment. All we ask is that you focus on achieving your goals and attend as many sessions as possible.

    Haven't worked out in months or years? Too fit to benefit?
    Bootcamp-Training welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The courses are designed to suit most people’s capabilities and fitness levels. Whether you can jog 100 yards or run marathons, you ultimately decide how hard you want to push yourself on the day. Appropriate exercises are given to correspond to your own level of fitness and cover the follow types of groups:

    – Those new to exercise or those who consider themselves relatively unfit
    – Those that exercise regularly are consider themselves reasonably fit
    – Those wishing to join the Special Forces! High intensity training, ideal for sports conditioning

    Too busy?
    There are 168 hours in a week!…..Investing at least one of these each week in your health, fitness and wellbeing will give a huge return. Manage your time effectively and there won’t be too many excuses left!

    Low Motivation?
    We provide consistent encouragement throughout the camp to inspire you and ensure you never get bored, no two workouts will be the same! The group environment also encourages great camaraderie, which creates an excellent workout atmosphere.
