How is it Structured? The Bootcamp-Training courses are currently structured into two missions:
Bootcamp Mission: Multiple
2 x 60 minute sessions each week for 6 weeks.
Bootcamp Mission: Solo
1 x 60 minute session each week for 8 weeks.
Once enlisted, you will join a group of likeminded recruits ready to get in the best shape possible. Encouraged and motivated to do your best and achieve your potential, you will achieve FAST RESULTS!
What is the Cost? Each course is great value for money. Bootcamp Mission: Multiple Mission bootcamp offers 12 sessions of expert tuition for only £99, whilst Bootcamp Mission: Solo offers 8 sessions for £69. You will also receive a free Bootcamp T-shirt and a dietary advice sheet to help you achieve your goals. If you commit to the camp and do not enjoy it or improve your fitness we will refund your investment. All we ask is that you focus on achieving your goals and attend 75% of sessions.
Haven't worked out in months or years? Too fit to benefit? Bootcamp-Training welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The courses are designed to suit most people's capabilities and fitness levels. Whether you can jog 100 yards or run marathons, you ultimately decide how hard you want to push yourself on the day. By selecting a coloured armband that corresponds to your level of fitness, will we be able to prescribe appropriate exercises for all recruits:
Blue – For those new to exercise or those who consider themselves relatively unfit
Red – For those that have progressed from blue level or consider themselves reasonably fit
Black – For those wishing to join the Special Forces! High intensity training, ideal for sports conditioning
Too busy? There are 168 hours in a week!…..Investing at least one of these each week in your health, fitness and wellbeing will give a huge return. Manage your time effectively and there won’t be too many excuses left!
Low Motivation? We provide consistent encouragement throughout the camp to inspire you and ensure you never get bored, no two workouts will be the same! The group environment also encourages great camaraderie, which creates an excellent workout atmosphere.
